There was another Cupra Cup race and then on to the Porsche cup where these 2 unlucky soles had a coming together on the first lap at the first corner which put paid to their race:

There certainly wasn't as much paint swapping action as there has been in the past and I didn't feel that there were the numbers of cars in either the Formula Renault or Clio cup races that there had been in previous years. The Cupra cup was a big disappointment, as for the BTCC Plato won the 3rd race of the day with teammate Thompson coming home 2nd which was good.
I'll definitely continue to go to this event at it was a day of non stop racing and for once I have to say that the authorities have got their scheduling just about bang on
