good luck to them, I have to say that I have always thought smoking whilst driving should be outlawed, what's the reasoning behind fining that teacher a while ago, in Blackpool I think it was, for eating an apple whilst she was driving and thereby not being in full control of the vehicle which she is operating when there are thousands of people operating motor vehicles with something which is smouldering hanging out of their mouths, something which has to have the ash flicked off it every so often, either out of the window or in to an ashtray, something which gives off noxious fumes which can get in your eye and then worst of all usually gets flung out of the window whilst still alight?

Smoking in cars should definitely be banned. And I hate when they flick a cigarette out their vehicle and it hits your car

I've never allowed anyone to smoke in my car.... we pick up clients cars that have been smoked in and they bloody stink, the interior gets stained and they are pretty rank to be honest.
Another thing that really pisses me off is when I see parents smoking in the car with their kids in the back with the rear windows closed so theres no air for these poor kids... when I was a kid my mother was a nervous smoker (she just smoked, drank black coffee and never ate) and with our family all being the other end of the country we'd make frequent weekend trips which involved us poor kids being trapped in a nicotine fume filled car for several hours as she'd literally chain smoke all the way from Blackpool to Kent and back again ... It was horrible.. we used to make up stories about needing the toilet or feeling sick every ten minutes just so they would pull into every service station so we could get fresh air.

It's my car, I paid thousands for it and I'll bloody well smoke in it if I choose !! Hehehe....
