That's brilliant news and I see he is still the gentleman he always was sending congratulations to Loeb and wishing Carlos a happy retirement.
TBH I don't expect to see him driving a WRC car again, unfortunately.

Good news!! I always found him to be a real prick whenever I wanted an autograph, but I guess being hounded by kids for autographs isn't what he's there for I suppose. Glad to hear hes going to be ok. Would like to see him back in a WRC car, but I don't think thats too likely.

I'm with Stranger on this too... I somehow dont think he'll ever be the same behind the wheel but would love to see him back racing 'anything' in the future :hugz:

he's got plenty of time yet i think. Carlos Sainz has only jus retired and Richard Burns is WAY younger... i have a feeling he'll be back in the WRC eventually and who knows, maybe he'll get somewhere near back to his best?!
