The cost of road tax for a scooter is next to nothing, he deserves to be strung up.... I too am so pissed off with drivers not insured these days... they think they can have an accident...knock someone over and just drive off and not get done for it. :pity:

Its things like this the Police should be trying to curb...not getting people the easy way with roadside cameras for going 2 mph over the limit. <_<

I totally agree with what Angie has said above. It just shows as well that the new system is working in the case of finding these tax dodgers.
